Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The new, bright and pleasantly designed apartment with large garden is situated in a quiet location in the village of Colico on the upper end of Lake Como. The beach is only about 100 meters.

The three-roomed apartment Casa Giardino Secondo has a spacious living room with direct access to the covered terrace and large garden with barbecue, sun umbrella and sun loungers.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and dining table. The living area has a sofa and satellite TV.

In addition to the living area, there is a bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and a window. The double bedroom has a daylight window the twin bedded room has a window.

Private parking is available.

The accommodation is ideal for a holiday without car since the rialway, restaurants, shops and the ferry pier are easily reached on foot. It is also ideal for families with children. There is large playground in walking distance.
