Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The former manor house was rebuilt again five years ago and modern refurnished. Just in time for 5th birthday received the resort to start the season an extensive facelift.

The Residence Cedro with community pool has a total of 12 apartments, all with balcony, terrace or patio and is located in Domaso, a popular resort on Lake Como. The old well-kept garden at the villa has retained its original character and offers space to relax, play and enjoy. The quiet fenced in residence is only 100m from the lake and 300m from the beach with ideal opportunities for surfing, boating, swimming, sunbathing, mountain biking and hiking. It is an equally interesting starting point for day excursions to beautiful cities like Milan, Como, Lecco, or Lugano with public transportation such as train, ferry/ship or bus.

Behind the villa there is the wonderful large pool (10m x 5m) with lawn, and access to the villa garden. Chairs for sunbathing and relaxation are available. From the entrance through the front garden a path leads to the apartments, all with separate entrances.

The 2-room apartment Cedro 102 has about 33 m2 and is located on the ground floor. It is suitable for 2-4 persons, and has a living room with kitchenette, satellite TV, dining table and double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and one bathroom and a patio. From the living room you have direct access to the patio of 40m2 with table and chairs. The bright sunny apartment is comfortably furnished with modern furniture and has a tiled floor, central heating, and an internet connection. The bathroom is equipped with wash basin, shower, toilet / bidet.

The garden, pool, barbecue in the garden and the washing machine are available to all guests. For your car there is a fee-based parking at the villa. Alternatively you can find free public parking in front of the residence and in the vicinity.

In the neighbourhood there are houses, holiday homes and private residences. The picturesque harbor and piazza, the surrounding restaurants, cafes, small shops and lakeside promenade, are only 3 to 5 minutes on foot. The long beach can also be reached in about 10 minutes.

TIP: The Holiday Residence Cedro consisting of 12 apartments is ideal for groups, families or friends who want to holiday together.
