Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The detached holiday home Cavilla stands a little elevated on the sunny side of the vineyards in Villa di Tirano.

From the covered terrace you reach the entrance to the living-dining area with open kitchen and breakfast bar, dining table and wood burning stove. The internal staircase leads to the 1st floor and a twin bedroom and bath / WC. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

In the attic on the 2nd floor is a studio bedroom, furnished with a double bed, sofa and TV.

The large, sunny garden offers plenty of space to relax. A barbecue is available upon request.

Your car can be parked next to the house. From your holiday home is only just 2 km from the Sanctuary of Madonna di Tirano. From here, the last stop of the Rhaetian Railway, you have a unique opportunity in just 4 hours on the Bernina Express from Tirano to go to Chur.

The sections Thusis - St. Moritz (Albula line) and St. Moritz - Tirano (Bernina) were added in July 2008 to the technical world heritage site by UNESCO. On this trip you will experience with the panoramic Bernina Express from Tirano to Chur the valley of castles and ruins in the Domleschg, the highest viaduct of the Rhaetian Railway Landwasser viaduct (65 m), the Albula line and the highest point on the route Ospizio Bernina (2,256 meters above sea level).
