Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

You can park at Casa Teresa and there is a private entrance to the apartment.

The stairway takes you to the entrance hallway of the spacious apartment with a large covered L-shaped terrace.

From there you arrive in the cozy living-dining room with open kitchen, large dining table , sofa, satellite TV , fireplace and direct access to the lake facing terrace.

Next are the four bedrooms, one room with a double bed, and one room with bunk beds. Both the double and bunk bed rooms have direct access to the terrace. The two further rooms are one single room and one twin room.

The bathroom is equipped with sink, shower, toilet and bidet.

The large covered terrace offers a beautiful view over the lake and the surrounding mountain landscape. The apartment is painted in mediterranean-style and furnished with furniture from the Lombardy region and has a tiled floor.

The apartment is in a sunny location on the road to the surrounding villages. In the neighbourhood is a good restaurant.
