Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Via the covered porch you climb the stairs to the second floor and the entrance to the apartment. The living-dining area with an open kitchen, is equipped with corner bench sitting area, large dining table, two comfortable rattan armchairs and a coffee table.

From the corridor you come to the lakeside situated venetian blue double bedroom, the bathroom with bath tub, toilet, and bidet. Opposite is the twin bedroom and storage room. Here, one bed can be placed.

The apartment has beautiful furniture from the Lombardy region.

The well-kept communual garden and large pool of 6 x 15 meters (open 20.5.-30.9.) with its sunbathing area offers plenty of space for recreational games and lies directly at the lake side with spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and lake. The lawn and pool area has many palm trees ideal to relax under and enjoy the view. There are comfortable deck chairs available for your use. The facility is fenced in with tall green hedges as a screen.

Behind the villa you will find the main village street which will bring you to the picturesque harbour of Domaso and its restaurants and shops in 2-3 minutes.

For your car there is a parking space.
