Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The idyllic and tranquil Casa Rosina is situated on a sun-soaked hillside, surrounded by old trees and lots of nature and offers a wonderful view far over the lake and surrounding mountains.

When restoring and rebuilding the house great attention was paid to detail and the use of biological material, gives the building its special charm. The natural stone pool, which is available for communal use, was designed according to the surrounding landscape and embedded appropriately.

From the parking area there is about a 30 meter uphill walk to the house. Access for is possible.

From the lockable garden gate a few steps lead up to the separate entrance on the 1st Floor. The entrance to the house is reached from the large terrace. The front door leads directly into the bright cozy living room with sofa, coffee table and satellite TV. The large windows lead onto the balcony where you have a fabulous view over Lake Como.

From the living area you reach the well-equipped kitchen with large dining table and an exit to the terrace overlooking the lake. Also from the living area there is a natural wood staircase to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk beds.

The bathroom has a shower, WC , and bidet.

Casa Rosina is elegantly furnished with quality furniture and offers the rustic-modern architectural design of a charming and welcoming atmosphere. The terrace has beautiful garden furniture, sun umbrella and sun loungers.

Mobile without a car - a footpath leads in about 15 minutes to the beautiful waterfront town of Gravedona with numerous shops and cafes as well as attractive restaurants and the beach. From the pier you have access to the villages surrounding the lake. By car you reach Gravedona in 3-4 minutes.
