Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The apartment, with stunning views across Lake Como is just a short walk from the small swimming beach.

The entrance door leads you to a small hallway. From there you find the bright and sunny living-dining area with an exit to the balcony with stunning views of the lake.

To the right of the living room is the contemporary-styled kitchen which is equipped with every comfort. The other side of the hall takes you to the bedrooms, one double bedroom with double bed and one twin room with bunk beds.

The bathroom has a bath with shower, wash basin, bidet and WC.

The apartment Casa Regina is decorated in an elegant Italian-style, and furnished with quality furniture and cotto floor tyles. The apartment is well insulated and has central heating.

In the neighbourhood is the hydroelectric plant of Gravedona.

Behind the house is the main street to the village.
There is a parking space for your car.

Gravedona has beautiful beaches and facilities for sailing, windsurfing etc. as well as supermarkets and numerous cafes and bars.
