Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

From the staircase you can easily get to the second floor apartment in Casa Nando. The apartment entrance leads into the hall with a cloakroom.

Lakeside is the separate kitchen with table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and has a direct exit to the long balcony overlooking the lake. Also lakeside is the large bright living room with sofa and dining table with 6 chairs, satellite TV and access to the balcony with a beautiful lake view.

On the mountain side of the property you will find the double bedroom with a large wardrobe, the twin bedroom and the bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. The second bathroom is also on the mountain side and has a shower, toilet and vanity unit.

The holiday apartment Casa Nando is equipped with beautiful furniture in the Lombard style. The house is comfortably furnished and has central heating. The rooms have either wooden floors or high quality cotto tiles.

In the house there are 3 more apartments, which are rented out for the whole year.

For your car there is a parking space available.
