Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

A home with plenty of room for upscale living. The apartment is situated in a villa on a sun-soaked hillside in Vercana, a mountain village above Domaso on the western shore of the lake, about 2 km from the lake. Enjoy the terrace and garden overlooking the lake and mountain scenery.

Due to the Mediterranean climate in Vercana there are often wonderfully warm days and evenings in late summer and autumn.

The villa apartment has its own garden with plenty of space for games and leisure and to relax on comfortable sun loungers with a gorgeous lake view. The upper area of the villa is occupied by the landlord.

The villa is situated in a rural environment, with vineyards, pastures, houses and the local church.

The apartment's tasteful, bright interior is achieved by using a harmonious color scheme, and the warm terracotta tiles provide a southern flair.

You reach the apartment through it's own garden gate which brings you to the terrace and the front door, the bright, light-filled living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, dining table with chairs and satellite TV. There is a modern kitchen, double bedroom and a beautifully designed bathroom with sink, shower and toilet / bidet.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the lake. The beach, promenade and shopping possibilities in Domaso can be reached on foot in a good 10 minutes.

TIP : The apartments Larianella and Lucia can be joined to make a bigger living area for a larger family. (Price on request).
