Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The holiday home is located about 15 minutes above Domaso on a sunny terrace in the alpine hamlet Tabiadello.

From the garden and the terrace, you arrive at the front door and from here enter in the central living-dining area with rustic fireplace and kitchenette. From there you go to the four bedded bedroom and the bathroom / WC. The Casa Balbi has a wonderful new pellet stove that works very well.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and toilet.

The internal staircase takes you upstairs where you will find the double bedroom and an adjacent storage room. On the next floor you have the sleeping loft with a queen size bed. From there, you have direct access to the balcony with stunning lake view of Lake Como.

This romantic cottage is decorated in a rustic style and furnished with beautiful furniture from Lombardy. The property is fenced, therefore, very ideal for dogs. The Casa Balbi is also an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking, because it is right on the trail "Via dei Monti Lariani".
