Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

The apartment in the villa Aneris is located in the village of Cerviano on a sunny hillside above the beautiful town of Gravedona.

From here you can enjoy a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The peaceful village and surrounding area invites you to relax and unwind. A footpath leads from the house down to Gravedona and directly to the lake. An ideal destination for those seeking tranquility - but also sports enthusiasts will find good starting points for hiking or biking.

The villa is new and fitted out with beautiful furniture from the Lombardy region, it has a bright terracotta tiled floor which is typical of this area. The apartment is on one level with open lake view. From the covered terrace you enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Como. Also fantastic views from the bedroom balcony.

You enter the apartment from the paved front garden area via some stone steps leading to the entrance. The bright living area has large windows to the covered terrace, to your right is a large archway leading to a well equipped kitchen with dining table. Through a small hallway to the left you come to the twin bedded bedroom and the bright bathroom with sink, shower and toilet / bidet. On the lakeside of the apartment you will find the double bedroom with a direct exit to the balcony and lake view.

The holiday home has central heating and is well insulated, an ideal place for year-round holidays.
