Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This spacious holiday home Casa Alan is the ground floor apartment of a two-family house, located in a very sunny location with a beautiful view across Lake Como.

The house entrance leads into the small hallway and from there into the large living room with corner sofa and side table, dining table with 4 chairs, fireplace and Sat. TV.

Adjacent is the spacious kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven,dishwasher and microwave, fridge freezer, dining table with 4 chairs and a fireplace.

From off the small hallway there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have spacious closets.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with shower, bsthtub, sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine.

The fenced outdoor area with a fantastic view of the lake has a large stone table with benches and chairs. Sun loungers and parasols are also available.

There is a private parking area next to the house for your car.
