Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Incredibly private 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom cabin with gorgeous views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte! This cabin sits just 3.3 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! Very Private! Valley View #1 has been a staple in the cabin community of Gatlinburg for years! The cabin also features a private deck with gorgeous views and a hot tub to soak it all in!
The Space:
This cabin offers the very best views in all of Gatlinburg, TN! It features a private deck and hot tub with panoramic views of The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte (the highest mountain in the park)!

The Neighborhood:
This cabin is 3.3 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee. It has gorgeous views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Mt. Leconte.
Getting Around:
All paved roads to the cabin. Short gravel driveway. We recommend 4x4 wheel drive at any cabin in Gatlinburg and/or the mountains as well as this one. It's easy to reach the cabin and very close to downtown Gatlinburg.
Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this cabin.

This cabin sleeps 12 guests maximum.

We always recommend 4x4 drive for anywhere in The Great Smoky Mountains. The cabin features paved roads all the way up and without any inclement weather any car should be fine but again, we recommend 4x4 wheel drive when visiting the area.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Coffee maker is a Keurig.
