The apartment is fully equipped with a full kitchen for all you need to cook we just installed speed internet and cable TV.
The apartment comes with (Queen size bed) has a sofa and TV and 1 bathroom. Big nice balcony with outdoor furniture.
We live in Chiang Mai and are available all the time. If you want to book a tour with us please let us know.

The Space:
Euro kitchen, big TV and located to one of the nicest and biggest super malls in the town named Maya Shopping mall.
The building has shops, gym (not free) but the pool area is free, very close walk to Central Kad Suan Kaew and the popular Nimmanhaemin road.
Prices included all as electric and water, no hidden fees.

♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
