Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 15 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

In the dynamic and beautiful San Gregorio we find two pretty terraced houses a few steps from the small beach of the town. The house in question is located on the first floor and externally has a comfortable terrace overlooking the sea, equipped to eat outdoors. Inside comfortable and luminous living room, always sea view, furnished with taste and design; here there is a comfortable sofa with flat screen TV and air conditioning. The peculiarity of this house lies in the kitchen: new, modern and fully equipped even with a dishwasher and where there is a large porthole window from which to look at the sea. There are two bedrooms, one double (two single beds joined together) with a private balcony and a second bedroom with two single beds. Finally there is a full bathroom with shower facilities.The apartment is located a few steps from the sea and has various bars, pubs, restaurants, tobacconists and markets. Spiaggetta easily accessible on foot. Wi-Fii available throughout the home.Parking space in front of the house. Present a second home on the ground floor for any large groups.
