Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

In a magical forest setting on the beautiful island of Lefkada, on the side of the mountain overlooking the Ionian sea bay with colorful sailboats, you will stay in this Great Villa on 2 floors.

A fantastic villa with pool and a garage for two cars.

Great inner courtyard surrounded by fruit trees, vegetation and flowers combined with local rocks and breathtaking panoramic view everywhere.

The Space:
The quietness is surrounding you.

From the courtyard to the interior of the villa.

On the ground floor is a spacious living room with a TV corner and a fireplace. Two sofas open to two double beds, a large fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, a central cooking island, a dining area and a bedroom with a double bed and a balcony overlooking the green garden.

A spiral staircase leads you to the second floor to another bedroom with shower room, bath / whirlpool, private sun terrace.

Another staircase leads to the lower living room with a sofa bed and one bedroom and bathroom.

The large windows illuminate the villa, and from here you can see the sea and the surrounding landscape.

Stairs lead to the green courtyard where you will find a BBQ and dining table for 8 guests.

The Neighborhood:
About 5 minutes drive away you will find a supermarket and gas station for your convenience.

In 15 minutes drive you will get to the town of Nidri with a variety of taverns, restaurants, shops and nightclubs.

In 20 minutes drive you will get to the town of Vassiliki, on the West side of the mountain, where you can enjoy water sports, ferry to the nearby islands and a selection of local taverns and restaurants.
Getting Around:
Ideally you need a car to fully enjoy the area.
