Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Welcome to a special vacation in the Alps full of tranquility and comfort! Located in Lauenen, right next to Gstaad, the luxurious cozy flat has a great view across to the mountains receiving uninterrupted sunshine.

This beautilfully built modern Chalet is designed with love and care. It's situated in Lauenen just a few minutes away from famous Gstaad.
You will enjoy every detail of this charming flat :
The fully equipped kitchen and the designed bedrooms and bathrooms.

This Chalet is located on a very sunny and quiet spot right next to famous Gstaad. With beautiful open views to the surrounding mountains.

In a 8 minutes drive you are in the town center of the famous Alpine village of Gstaad, where you have access to the ski mountains, shops, restaurants, hotels, and spas.

In the summer you have a lot of activities in the area from hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, river rafting, canyoning, paragliding, plane gliders, and flying.

There are 4 designed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Guest Access:
The Chalet includes 2 parking spaces in the underground garage.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available at all times to make sure our guests have a memorable stay !
The Neighborhood:
Very sunny and quiet neighbourhood right next to Gstaad in the pitoresque village of Lauenen.
Getting Around:
Ideally you need a car, but there is a bus service to Gstaad.
The Gstaad train station is about 10 minutes drive away.
