Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Space:
Stay in a private sheek downtown loft. The loft is well appointed, and has a full kitchen, two bedrooms with king and queen sized bed and includes two full baths- one of which includes a huge jet tub!

5-Star hotel quality linens and some other extras for guests!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
Interaction with Guests:
It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message and I’ll be quick to respond.
The Neighborhood:
Location, Location, Location! This stunning loft is steps from the very best St. Louis has to offer. Great stores, wine bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short walk away, not to mention the Arch, both Stadiums, Blues and City Museums. Stroll the area, or enjoy the electric city scooters out front! Welcome to your home away from home.
Getting Around:
There is the Metrolink nearby, but most everything around is walkable, or enjoy use of the new city bikes or scooters which are widely available.
Other Things to Note:
Note there is no parking included. There is a $6 daily paid lot across the street, or metered parking right in front of the building.
