Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
If you think there is even a chance you may not be able to travel it is advisable to take out travel insurance. Please visit http://www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/ or another trusted provider of your choice.

The unit is situated in a 1970s Oldskool motel with cute features such as a swimming pool facing the golf course, accompanied by a poolside restaurant and work-friendly lobby area.

Gulf Stream Mall, Hollywood Beach bar/restaurant strip, race track and casino within walking distance.
The Space:
Vintage motel, but clean, cozy and kitted with all the basics needed to have a beachside vacation.

What do we supply?

Beach chairs/umbrella/towels, toiletries, cleaning essentials, Smart TV kitted with cable, microwave, portable electric stove, toaster, cooking utensils, flatware and crockery.

Hallandale is an up and coming beachside town 30 mins from Miami's South Beach, 2 mins from Hollywood Boardwalk and 15 mins from Fort Lauderdale
Getting Around:
First come first serve parking, 1 parking spot per reservation, 1 parking permit per apartment :)
NOTE: STANDARD SIZES of VEHICLES ONLY. DUE TO SIZE CONSTRAINTS, PARKING IS UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE BOX TRUCKS and LARGE TRUCKS.

$30 for early checkin - any time between 12pm and 4pm. Please request early checkin as soon as possible (subject to availability)

$30 for changing of sheets, towels and making of beds (subject to availability)

$15 for early bag drop- any time between 12pm and 4 pm.

$15 for late bag collection- any time between 10 am and 2 pm.

If you confirm you would like to use any of these services we will send you a payment request for the exact amount via your booking channel. All you need to do is accept :)

We are not responsible for the common areas of the building. Any question related to the apartment, please let us know!! We are happy to help!!
