Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

A few hundred meters from the sea, enclosed in a lovely setting between olive trees and the sea, this lovely villa is located within a characteristic, well-structured complex. The accommodation, equipped with a characteristic portico with sea view, has a large living room with equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Externally the house has parking space next to the house, garden with botanical garden available for guests and beautiful porch accessorized. Accommodation finely furnished and equipped with solid wood furniture.The marina of San Gregorio is a small jewel set on the Ionian coast. It has a small center with two restaurants (with bars and tobacconists inside), a comfortable little square facing the sea and the small bay, almost always protected from the wind, with calm and shallow sea .. also ideal for children. Nearby you can find a minimarket, a newsagent and several bars. For all other services we recommend the center of Patù or Morciano or Torre Vado, just 4 km from San Gregorio.
