Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 180 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The two buildings are: - totally autonomous villa, 80 sqm + 40 sqm veranda, independent gate, free parking. Outside extra shower;- Country house 70 sqm, veranda 40 sqm , independent gate, free parking, wide open spaces, porch, patio, lawn.Outside extra shower; 4 total bedrooms + 2 sofa beds in the 2 living rooms40 mt away one from the other one in the same wide garden; shielded from plants. The accommodation is in a very quiet and wide garden. There are 20,000 sqm garden of lemon wood, tropical fruit trees, olives grove and vineyard. You can find a donkey and others small animals. Chicken eggs for our guests every day.The garden is watered in summer season, then the property is fresher than the surrounding areas.Comfortable beds with slats and foam latex mattresses in every bedrooms. There are 2 barbecues, 2 satellite TV with international channel, 1 dishwasher, garden furnitures. Wood for the 2 stoves for the winter.
