Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Also available on the ground floor a shower of exclusive relevance of the apartment also equipped with hot water.Present a satellite TV in the living room and a further folding bed for an even fifth place (recommended only for children or teenagers).At your disposal, at no extra cost, the pass for the external parking space in front of the house.In the area available several Wi-Fi stations even free.Town center and beach easily reached on foot. In addition, a bus stop is available under the house to reach the most beautiful places in Salento (service available only from mid-June to mid-September).
Bath / bed linen available only on request at a cost of EUR 15 per person for the whole stay.Animals are not allowed.Washing machine available to share between the different apartments that are part of the complex.
