The luxurious villa "Finca Paraíso" is situated in a unique and fascinating location in the upscale residential area "Los Mojones" at the quiet edge of the holiday resort Puerto del Carmen in the southeast of the sunny Canary Island Lanzarote.
Finca Paraíso lies on the top of the only small slope embedded in a beautiful terraced garden with mainly native plants and cactus, above all neighboring villas with a unique panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean, the neighboring island Fuerteventura, the offshore protected island of Lobos and the mountain massif of Los Ajaches. Every evening you can enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the volcanoes from the front line.
You can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in absolute privacy from the Jacuzzi, which is a little higher up, from the dining area, which is always 100% sheltered from wind, or with a gin tonic from the large lounge area, which is also sheltered from the wind.
All four bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning (for cooling and heating), Bluetooth music boxes from JBL and TV sets which can receive international programmes via antenna, satellite or Internet.
Two of the bedrooms are located in the main house; the other two are separate guest studios with ensuite bathrooms, connected to the house to the left and right of the finca, with direct views of the neighbouring islands and volcanoes. Both studios are connected to the main house via the large terrace and have their own cosy terrace areas.
Three of the 4 bedrooms have direct access to the large terraces facing south-west as well as towards the pool. The fourth bedroom has a private terrace facing east. There is also a sheltered place for the first coffee in the rising morning sun.
All bedrooms have access to the kitchen via the terrace so that nobody is disturbed, even if an early wakener travels with the group.
All beds have high-quality mattresses with quality bed linen and a selection of pillows. Wool blankets are of course also available for cooler winter days.
The large saltwater pool is protected from view and wind and integrated into the paradisiacal garden and terrace area. The pool area has enough sunbeds and an outside shower; pool towels are of course included in the wellness package of the house.
To secure the desired temperature of the pool, the house has a solar system and an electric pool heater. The small Jacuzzi is equipped with jets for hydromassage.
The bathrooms of the master bedroom, the second bedroom in the main house and the larger guest studio have underfloor heating. In the spacious master bathroom there is an XL shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub for 2 persons.
The kitchen and dining room area is connected to the terrace and the outside dining area not only by a large glass door, but also by a large window which opens completely. This bright and open design always allows communication across rooms when chilling, cooking or barbecuing on the large brick grill. With the Marshall Woburn multiroom system you can enjoy the music a little louder.
The kitchen is made with high-quality appliances (induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer) in César Manrique style and with matching marble flooring.
In the living room there is an open fireplace and TV available for cosy evenings. Right next door between living and dining room is the house bar with natural lava walls and white stone floor, where you can enjoy your aperitif. Store your wines in the professional wine refrigerator and enjoy the view from the bar in both directions - once over the olive tree in an easterly direction to the volcanoes and the sea and in a westerly direction through the dining room to the mountains of Los Ajaches.
From the living and dining room as well as from the kitchen you have a view of the sea and the mountains through very large panorama windows. Especially in the evening, when all the lights of Puerto del Carmen and Fuerteventura are visible, the view is a very special highlight.
A household room with washing machine and dryer as well as an additional freezer complete the comprehensive offer of this property.
The owners have thought of an extensive and high-quality equipment. Besides towels for bathrooms and pool, bathrobes, slippers and beach bags are not missing in this luxury property and belong to the basic equipment. All wooden fixtures (cupboards, kitchen, chests of drawers, windows, doors) were made in the best handcrafted carpentry. The floor coverings are made of local marble, parquet, tiles or white micro-cement of the highest quality.
Outside there are many parking possibilities, you can also drive into the courtyard by car and from there directly into the house without steps.
Due to its exposed location to the south-west, no one can see the property from the road if you are on the numerous terraces or in the pool area - Finca Paraíso offers a hard to find, incomparable privacy you can rely on.
