The Space:
2 bedroom Apartment with 2 nice King size beds and a sofa bed for 2 persons.
The air-conditioned unit is fitted with a kitchen. A flat-screen TV is provided and free Internet. Other facilities at Nam Talay include a year-round outdoor pool.
Other features will include a 25m pool with waterfall and sunbathing areas, tropical gardens, off-road parking, four elevators, a fully equipped gym, a luxurious lobby area, not forgetting the re-assurance of 24hr security.
An array of activities are offered in the area, such as snorkeling, windsurfing, and diving. The nearest airport is U-Tapao International Airport, 23 km from the property.
Only 10 minutes drive to the night market and very easy to take "baht bus" on beach road to Pattaya (Walking Street, Festival Centre Pattaya shopping center, Bali Hai pier (for a trip to the islands), Buddha on the mountain - viewpoint... for only 10 baht per person, go all the time, just go to the beach road.
Our apartment has everything (Free wi-fi, Shower, Toiletries, Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Bottled water-free, Cable TV service, Balcony, Air Con, Desk, Iron/Ironing Board, Hair-drier and we have laundry service.
There are all of the kitchenware in the room.

I'll be answering all the questions and help out as best as I can. If you want an airport pick-up we can arrange that for only 1,500.
The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be a problem with the aircon or similar.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping.
Even though the center of Jomtien nightlife is only a few km away and you can easily take a taxi for only 10 baht.
The air is better!! Less traffic.
Getting Around:
Located only 200 meters from the beach in the Jomtien and only 300 meters from the Jomtien Yacht Club area with easy access from Sukhumvit Road. 2 km from Pattaya Floating Market. The apartment is 2.6 km from Mimosa Pattaya and only 300 meters from Jomtien Yacht Club and many good seafood restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
♡ The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed (single bed 100 baht). 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
