Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 40 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The house, located close to the beach of the resort, externally has a garden with a solarium, parking space and a large porch equipped with sitting area and dining table where you can comfortably eat and relax in the cool. The refinement and attention to detail will accompany you even inside the house where you will find a comfortable living area with open space kitchen (stocked with every utensil) and dining room overlooking the garden. The living room leads directly to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has been designed to guarantee you a comfortable rest. To conclude, there are two bathrooms designed and built with care and equipped with all the services.Housing with modern design and well-designed furnishings able to arouse pleasant emotions as soon as you cross the threshold.Beautiful and large pine forest in front of the house where you can take relaxing walks or sports activities pampered by the song of cicadas. Peaceful residential area where you can find some of the services within a few hundred meters such as pizzerias, restaurants, convenience stores, newsagents and some equipped beaches. For all the remaining services we recommend the adjacent marina of San Foca, 1.5 km away. Also, a few miles away you will find the famous Acaya Golf Club, the renowned natural pool of Roca Vecchia and the Cesine protected nature reserve. Finally, we point out the presence of a daily shuttle to San Foca and Torre dell'Orso.
