This classical Sorrento apartment is spacious, charming and panoramic and will give you a taste of how it feels to live like a local. Centrally positioned in the heart of the historical centre, El Royale Suite Gold is only a 5 minute walk to the main shopping strip of Corso Italia, 3 minutes to the famous laneway of Via San Cesareo and steps away from the beach hamlet of Marina Grande.
El Royale Suite Gold is located on the second floor of a well-maintained and secured residential building with lift access. Boasting all the necessary comforts for an enjoyable holiday, the apartment is bright and airy throughout. Expanding approximately 85 square metres, the apartment comprises two double bedrooms, a spacious living room, separate eat-in kitchen, bathroom and furnished terrace with water views. The two double bedrooms offer a comfortable double bed, flat screen TV and ample space for hanging and storing clothes and other belongings. One of the bedrooms opens onto a small terrace overlooking the neighbouring streets and surrounding hillside. There is a small wash room with washing machine located on this terrace.
The living area is spacious and offers simple décor with ample lounge and seating for all to relax after a long day out sightseeing. It includes a flat screen TV and quality double sofabed with 5inch memory foam mattress to ensure a comfortable sleep. A set of French doors open directly onto the large panoramic terrace where you can sit and ponder out over the charming elegance of this old city.
A corridor from the living room leads into a separate and spacious eat-in kitchen furnished with wooden dining table and chairs and an array of cooking equipment to prepare a meal or simple snack. It includes a 5-burner gas hob, open grill for barbequing, fryer, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and small appliances. From the kitchen you have direct access to the terrace.
The highlight of the apartment is its private terrace with views out to the Mediterranean, Gulf of Naples and the beautiful streetscape and cobblestone roads of the historical centre. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or early evening drink as you await the spectacular sunset over the Mediterranean.
The bathroom is furnished with signature ceramic tiles of the Amalfi coast dating back to the 7th Century and features a bathtub with shower over, washbasin, bidet and toilet. There is also a separate shower located in the utility room adjacent to the kitchen.
In addition, the apartment enjoys reverse cycle air-conditioning in each room and complimentary WiFi.

Minutes away from the renowned top-end Sorrento hotel and reception venue of Hotel Bellevue Syrene, El Royale Suites Gold is in a prime location for a short or long stay in Sorrento. The pedestrian-only shopping strip of Corso Italia is a short 5 minute walk from the apartment. Here you will find a broad selection of fashion shops, supermarkets, delicatessens, restaurants, bars and gelaterias. The famous laneway of Via San Cesareo is located two streets from the apartment, while the central square of Piazza Tasso is only an 8 minute walk away.
If you would like to spend the day at the beach, then look no further than the wonderful beach hamlet of Marina Grande, a primary attraction famous for its waterfront restaurants, piers, gozzo boats (typical wooden Sorrentine boats), colourful cabins, bars, cafes and eateries. This is the perfect spot to spend the day relaxing on the beach or treating yourself to one of the famous beach establishments with private bar, sun deck and pier access to the water.The views at Marina Grande are fabulous, with the Gulf of Naples, Mt Vesuvius and the Sorrento coast just before you. Again, the Marina is just a short walk from the apartment.
To reach the archeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, you can take a train from Sorrento’s main station, less than 15 minutes on foot, or organise an authorised guided tour through the Gocce Concierge Desk. Capri Island is a short boat trip away, while Positano, Ravello and the Amalfi coast are all great day trips from Sorrento.
A car is not required for your stay at El Royale Suite Gold, however if you do choose to come by car, there is a secure public carpark located only 5 minutes from the apartment (charges apply). A public bus stop is conveniently located on Via degli Aranci (400m from the apartment) with regular bus services to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Massa Lubrense, Sant’Agata and Marina del Cantone beach.
