Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The studio has a king size bed, desk and closet. AC for your convenience. The TV is large and has international channels. The balcony has 2 modern chairs, smoking only allowed in the balcony.

A kitchen with cutlery and dishware for 2 make it a perfect holiday home, a very convenient apartment. The bathroom is large and has a walk in shower.

Amenities in this building are modern and wi-fi is available, it is shared so it is not reliable for working or streaming.

You will find an air-conditioned fitness centre, with high-tech exercise machines, the infinity pool, that is big enough to do pool laps.

The Emerald Terrace Patong Resort provides 24H security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. There are indoor parking spaces and the staff can easily arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as laundry, transport, tickets and tours.

Electric and water are included in the price, please be wise, close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.

Daily cleaning is not included, charged 600 baht. If an extra cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance.

Late check in is available on request free of charge.
