Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Neighborhood:
A home to many landmarks, Docklands is placed within the central business hub harbouring a vast range of restaurants and activities for tourists and locals. From the Melbourne Star Observation Wheel to the Lego Education Centre. Docklands really is the place to be for all visitors.
Getting Around:
Just a nice scenic 13 minute walk from Sourthern Cross station and also in close proximity to free trams zones (routes 11 and 48) within the area enabling easy access towards the CBD and other areas.

Skybuses from both Avalon and Tullamarine Airports have stops that are within close walking distance from our penthouse apartment.
Other Things to Note:
**This is strictly a no party/event listing, failure to comply with this will lead to a large fine.**
