BIG pool villa for 8 or 16 people as I have 2 next doors and almost in the downtown of Pattaya and only 50 meters from the main road where you have a taxi for only 10 baht per person going to Pattaya and Jomtien beaches. Many great restaurants in the area as a spa/sauna.
Only a few minutes and you will be at the beaches or in the city of Pattaya with Walking Street and Soi LK Metro for a great night out - Night market is located about 500 meters walk from the villas, also for good restaurants and amazing shopping centers is this the best location to start your holiday.

The Space:
The Villa has a nice beautiful private pool in a quiet area (up to 8 or 16 people), is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with a big sofa and kitchen with all you need for cock. There are 4 bedrooms and each bedroom has a big bed with a nice soft topper (2 king beds and 2 queens beds). The villa is fully air-conditioned.
In the Living room, we have a flat TV. Villa has high-speed internet free available. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine, and a microwave.
Outside you will find shaded seatings and a BBQ area; the terrace has direct access to the fabulous pool. The size from the swimming pool is 6 x 3 meters with crystal clear water warmed by Pattaya's great weather during the year with our tropical sunshine.
Guest Access:
Our manager is at your disposal during your stay to answer your requests (taxis, excursions, shows, markets, beaches, Etc ...).
You have exclusive access to the villa and has its own private pool.
Interaction with Guests:
During your stay you can contact us 24/7, we are always there to help you when there are any problems.
The Neighborhood:
Night life
For the best nightlife have a look at the Famous Walking Street and Soi LK Metro just a few minutes away from the Villa.
Getting Around:
Taxis are plentiful and cheap and can be found on the main road a few min walks from the building or ordered to the door. A motorbike taxi cost about 60-10 baht (2-3 euro) to the center of Pattaya / beach, also a car taxi will cost about (100-150 baht) (2-5 euro) use an app named "Grab"
In Pattaya and Jomtien or the main or beach road just you will find blue buses, they drive 24 hours from Pattaya to Jomtien and back, just for a 10 baht per person.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our villa (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Supply of baby kit (baby, high chair and child swimming arm rings can ALL be rented in our office for only 100 baht per night).
♡ Free Electricity 45 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the villa cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your villa cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
