Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 75% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

It is an ideal home for families and groups of friends. It is fully equipped and is a house that inspires peace and tranquility. Perfect to spend the summer on the Costa Brava. It is a few minutes from the center of Calonge and the beach.

The house has:

- A private heated freshwater pool. (WITH SUPPLEMENT IN THE PRICE AND ON REQUEST)
- A terrace with tables and chairs to take advantage of the barbecue.

- A fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and small appliances.
- A living room with television, air conditioning, heating and other amenities.

- A service bathroom.

Normative:

- Youth groups are not accepted, only consolidated families. (Min. 30 years)
- The rules of ownership and agency will be respected. At the time of confirming the reservation, they will be sent a contract and regulations that must be read and accepted.
- In case the extra expenses are not charged by the portal, the agency will charge them in cash, cleaning € 190, € 25 chek-in, tourist fees € 1 per person / day and A.C € 50 (Optional)
- If the deposit is not charged by the portal, the agency will charge it in cash.
- As a general rule pets are not allowed. The agency should be consulted (Supplement of € 50 per pet).
- Heated pool (€ 150 supplement).
- Cots available (€ 25 supplement)
- Maximum capacity "8" guests. (2 people with extra bed).
- Check-in / check-out times will be respected. If you arrive later than 8:00 p.m., a supplement of 50 Eur will be charged or the check-in will take place the next day during business hours.
