Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 4 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Longer stays are welcomed, we offer a 10% discount for 7 days and a 20% discount for 30 days or more! Centrally located just 7 miles to Mercedes Benz Stadium as well as the AmericasMart Atlanta, World of Coca-Cola, Georgia Aquarium, CNN, Atlanta Botanical Garden, and Atlanta Zoo. Just 2 miles to Downtown Decatur.
The Space:
This is a beautiful custom home, which is great for adults or families as well as corporate travelers. Located less than 10-15 minutes from everything and centrally located just 3 blocks from East Lake golf course where the PGA Championship is held every year. The home is located on a busy street but there is parking for up 5 cars in the rear of the home so using Uber or LYFT is an easy way to get around.
Guest Access:
The guest has full access to the five bedroom home with electronic key access. Assigned parking in the front driveway and behind the house, and a private back yard and deck.

The Neighborhood:
Fantastic location - The home is located in a local neighborhood community, and very close to Downtown Atlanta, 10 minutes to downtown Atlanta. The CNN Center, the Zoo, The World of Coca-Cola, Mercedes Benz Stadium and the Georgia Aquarium.

Getting Around:
We are located very close to Interstate 20 which will take you to downtown Atlanta in 10 minutes! We are 2 miles from downtown Decatur with restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. 1 mile from East Lake and Oakhurst restaurants.
Other Things to Note:
No Smoking ($250 fine)
No Pets ($250 fine) we provide a pet sitting service option $35 per day
No loud noises or loud music at anytime. Events, Party's, and gatherings are allowed with additional pricing and deposit. Please be respectful of the other neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum during the hours of 10pm - 8am.
Please respect that checkout is by 11AM, so we can be considerate of the next guest arriving. There will be a $40 late check out fee for check outs later than 11:15 am.
