There is a private gated driveway and a garage with lots of parking space in the yard. Fire up the barbecue and open the marshmallows for a perfect start of an awesome evening or just kick back on the lounge chairs on the porch with a cooling drink on a warm night.
This charming home sleeps a total of 14 in 4 stylish bedrooms, each of which is bright and airy, offering lots of space. Adorned by wooden floors and pastel colors the bedrooms create a quiet and refined atmosphere, ideal for restoring. Each room has its own closet, smart TV set, and lots of natural light coming in. The master bedroom boasts a unique set of antique baroque-style furniture: the bed, dressing table with mirror, and nightstand. Stop by one of the sparkling clean bathrooms with a walk-in shower on each floor to freshen up before heading to bed.
The open-plan living space includes a modern-size kitchen that could satisfy anyone willing to show off some culinary skills. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire house. Check-in is anytime after 3pm and you will be provided with the code for the front door so late check-in is also possible.
Max occupancy is 16 guests. If you are hosting an event, please let us know in advance, extra $300 fee will be charged.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car. 6 miles away from JFK, 16 miles from LaGuardia Airport, 2 minutes from Belmont Park Race Track. The best way to get to Manhattan by public transportation is to get a 10 minutes cab ride to the Valley Stream Long Island Railroad Station and take Long Beach line to Penn Station, 34th str, Manhattan ( 2 stops, about 30 min).
