Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 25% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Very well located modern apartment in the center of Playa Blanca with a large and wind protected balcony with sea view. Enjoy the sun from morning till afternoon on this south facing outside space with its Fuerteventura views.
Stepping out of the building you will find yourself just at 30 m from the pedestrian zone Calle Los Limones with all the shops, restaurants and bars. Just around the corner is a nice breakfast bar as well. Another 30 meters and you are already at the promenade next to the sea with a large amount of restaurants and bars with sea view. Also you can just sit in one of the coffee shops and enjoy the views to the busy harbor with the ferry boats to Fuerteventura.
The apartment provides whatever you might need for a comfortable holiday; it even counts with air-condition. They have recently been refurbished to a high standard and most of all you will for sure like the large walk in shower.

If you travel with some friends, please have a look for Ap. Sara 3 and 4 as well. The three apartments are just next door to each other and can accommodate a group of 10 persons (No 4 and No 5 with sea view, No 3 not)
