Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Welcome to The Chester, a luxuriously modern vacation home with 6
bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms located within the Solterra Resort community
near Disney. This professionally decorated residence is appointed with
everything your vacationing family could need from a fully stocked open
concept kitchen and spacious bathrooms to leather wrap around sectional
couches in the living areas and flat screen TV’s in every room.
The dining room comfortably seats eight people, with room for an
additional four at the breakfast bar. The upstairs loft area provides
for a convenient alternate gathering and entertainment area on the
second level of the home. Bedrooms are tastefully appointed with
contemporary furnishings that comfortably sleep a party of up to twelve
guests, with Star Wars and Disney themed rooms that are sure to be a
hit with kids. A screened in private pool and spa tub are certain to
offer welcome relief after a day at the parks.
Guests are also granted access to the Solterra Resort, complete with a
lazy river, waterslide and resort style pool with a poolside bar &
grill for your additional enjoyment.
With close access to Disney, Universal, shopping and dining, The
Chester by Magical Memories Vacation Rentals is the ideal home to make
your vacation complete.
Pool heating is available for an additional fee.
