This simple little studio apartment is located just off Amsterdams top shopping street Kalverstraat and close to Spui, the floating Flower market and many other Amsterdam places of interest. In the street of the Dampkring, the famous coffeshop where the movie Ocean 12, with Brad Pitt and George Clooney was filmed. In total the apartment is 35 square meters. Located on the 3rd floor of a walk up buildings (no elevator), the stairs are a spiral sort of staircase so not ideal for large suit cases or children. The entrance and stairwell are a little worse for wear, but the apartment itself is fine. The studio has a double bed accessed by a ladder (real Amsterdam style) and a double sofa bed. Doors open out on to a roof terrace with chairs, sun loungers and a barbacue. Tiny shower room with wet room type shower, and Wc.. Kitchen with all you need for cooking meals, oven, hob, all pots and pans. Nice wooden floor recently added. The apartment is above a night club, so it can be a bit noisy This apartment is also available for monthly rentals . PLEASE NOTE: To book this apartment, payment in FULL to Amsterdam Stay is required.
Located off the Spui and Rokin / Kalverstraat. A great location for exploring all Amsterdam has to offer.

The sleeping area is off the kitchen and is mezzanine style sleeping arrangement so you have to climb a small set of steps to access the bed. Because the roof is slanted, 2 in the bed can be a squeeze An office area is set up under the mezzanine with desk and drawers. Small shower room with shower and Wc.
The apartment is ideal for guests on a budget looking for clean, cheap accommodation. Perfect for one or two guests as it's small , but can sleep up to four, Steep spiral staircase up to the apartment so not really suitable for children, unless carried up The apartment is located above a night club, so there can be some noise NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN THIS APARTMENT
Payment instructions: Please note the balance and damage deposit must be paid to the owner after booking confirmation by Paypal or bank transfer. Paypal administration costs are 3.6 %, so if you choose this payment method, you should add 3.6 % to the specified amount. The apartment owner will contact you after booking to arrange payment. Your booking confirmation will have the contact details of the owner's greeter who will check you in to the apartment. Late check in after 8:00 PM is allowed but an extra fee of 30 euros will be paid to the greeter and 50 euros for check in after 11:00 PM No cash accepted for the final balance.
Cancellation Policy:
50% refund until one week prior to arrival and 100% penalty if cancelled less than 7 days before arrival.
In case of illness, no refund will be made so it is advisable to have travel insurance.
