Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.


Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.


Cancellation terms in most cases are:


  • With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page


Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description
Delightful, spacious apartment with parking and private outside area.

Charlecote House is located in a quiet street approximately 10 minutes
walk to the centre of the village Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. A
spacious lower ground floor apartment which is attached to the owner's
residence but self contained with separate access. The apartment offers
good quality self catering holiday accommodation and has some lovely
woodland views from the spacious, private, decked area.
Comfortably furnished to a high standard and well equipped with all
modern appliances. The decked area has access to the garden looking
over the countryside, there is a stream at the bottom, children must be
supervised. Parking for one car. A path leading to Saundersfoot village
is close by. The village has a good selection of shops, restaurants and
cafes all wrapped around the pretty harbour which is having an
extensive makeover at the moment and offering an excellent visitor
experience.

with TV, comfy seating, bed settee, dining table & chairs. Kitchen,
with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer,
dishwasher, washing machine. Bathroom, bath, shower over, whb, W.C.
Bedroom 1, with double bed, ensuite shower room, whb, W.C. Parking, for
1 car. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. Duvets,
linen and towels provided. Non-smokers only. Outside area, 3pm
takeover.
