Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Casa Aruba is located in the upscale neighborhood of Rooi Santo and is only a 5 minute drive to all the beaches and hotel area where all the bars and restaurants are.

The villa is made of two buildings, the main house having a master bedroom upstairs, en-suite bathroom and large balcony and then downstairs is a kids room that also serves a purpose for laundry.
The second bedroom outside has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. For obvious reasons, these bedrooms are only suitable for adults and not young children.
If there is 8 adults, there is an outside guest house that can be used at $120.00 a night extra
