Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

This home is located in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood with many bike trails and walking paths. Enjoy a glass of wine, while you smell your fire roasted pizza cooking in the backyard.
The four bedroom, two full bath vacation home is decorated beautifully , with ample space for you and your guests. It has a master bedroom with an attached newly renovated bathroom. All three rooms have closet space w/ hangers, a dresser and a television for your viewing.The two bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Towels & hotel style accommodations are provided.There is a dining table, seating six and an outdoor patio table and chairs near the pizza oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and coffee for your use. Each room has water bottles for your comfort.
