A Spacious resort with Shared Lounge/TV Area, game center, kids playground, Sun Deck, Turkish/Steam Bath, Hot Tub/Jacuzzi, Fitness Center, and sauna. There is a restaurant on site where you can have breakfast Buffet for 150 baht per person.
Jomtien beach is 700 meters away and if you looking for a holiday with a lot of sightseeing and relaxing when you come home you come to the right place as there is only 500 meters to the high way so very easy to come around.

The Space:
My apartment comes with a big nice soft bed. In the room, you will find a big nice big sofa chair. The bathrooms have a full shower and toilet. My kitchen contains all of the necessary equipment for you to prepare your meals, including a microware. Plenty of working surface. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer.
All my apartments have air conditioned in every room and are fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some units feature a sitting area and/or balcony. Bedsheets, Towels, shampoo, and soup are all included.

Guest Access:
I will be partially present around the house, but I am available 24/7 if you should need anything, and will make sure all your wishes are taken care of. Maximum privacy.
Interaction with Guests:
I'll be answering all the questions and help out as best as I can. If you want an airport pick-up we can arrange that for only 1,500.
The building staff takes care of the apartment if there should be a problem with the aircon or similar.
The Neighborhood:
Very close to the beautiful Jomtien Beach and restaurants and shopping malls.
The center of Jomtien nightlife is only a few km away and you can easily take a taxi.
This place is serene!! Less traffic.

Other Things to Note:
- Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
- Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
- The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
- There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
- Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
- There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
- If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
- There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
- Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
