Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 1 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 25% of the total remaining balance
With less than 90 days notice before your arrival date: 15% of the total remaining balance

Description

This bungalow with a surface area of 75 m² and a large common patio door to the lounge and the bedroom offers great views of the beautiful countryside and the sea to Fuerteventura and the sunsets behind the tip of the mountains of Guarilama volcano.
The owner, who cooks very good, is a retired hotel worker. He wants to recreate a paradise for amateur and professional cooks. This bungalow therefore offers all the kitchen equipment needed for gastronomique holidays.

To rest, write, think and work nothing like the living room couch with access to wifi.

The bathroom is in white marble. A great shower and beautiful lighting allow you to feel good.

The bedroom with direct access to the living room and the terrace has been decorated in an Asian style. You enter a very private terrace half covered, closed by a beautiful loggia with a large surface. Protected from the wind and sun, you can meditate here, take a nap, or have a good drink after a nice day trip; and thanks to the integrated speakers put your favorite music for a little more atmosphere.

Thank you to respect the fact that smoking is allowed only outside. Small children can be placed in cribs, but not older children.

The new golf course above Puerto del Carmen opened in 2008 is only 10 minutes from your home. You reach the former golf course in Costa Teguise approx. 20 minutes.
