Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The Space:
Full 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed and two closets for clothes and storage with a full kitchen and full bath. Very comfortable for a couple and can sleep up to 5.

Self check-in key access to the building and unit #2 as well as the laundry room

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guest space but we are readily available through phone and text. Airbnb message is the best.

Getting Around:
Mbta bus line or Blue line train. Both bring you around and into Boston which is a short ride.
Other Things to Note:
Laundry in the building across from the unit. This Laundry is coin-op.
