In the farm horses and livestock are raised and saffron and olive trees are cultivated.
Forages and cereals are grown.
Guests can take walks inside the property (50 hectares with artificial lake) and have available a garden adjacent to the house.
Hospitality is offered in the large and prestigious Casa Padronale Apartment, located on the first floor, and in a spacious Studio La Cantina obtained from the old cellar on the ground floor.
The decor is typical rural with authentic antique furniture; the spaces are large and comfortable; the structure is inserted into a real farm.
At guests' disposal there is a swimming pool (7x14) open from June to September.
Masonry boxes for horses available; with obstacle course in sand (40x55).

The property consists of two main buildings, the first houses two apartments on two levels connected only externally and equipped with an independent entrance on each level for a total of 12/14 beds while next to it there is a small outbuilding of new construction that houses an apartment with 4 beds located on two levels.
The first floor of the main building is composed of a very welcoming Maremma-style environment, tastefully furnished and valuable pieces, large and functional, complete with everything, large and able to accommodate up to 8 people.
The elegant entrance with its staircase that rises and opens up to the natural beauty of this extraordinary corner of Tuscany is only the beginning of what you will discover step by step, once you are enchanted by the dining room, with its 50 square meters where the large fireplace dominates.
Another ancient door leads to the sleeping area which consists of 3 bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower and two others, double and twin with single beds that have a large bathroom of 16 square meters. with bathtub. The apartment is completed by a beautiful outdoor balcony overlooking the estate.
the ground floor, called Cantina, takes its name from its origin, since it once housed the cellars of the house, of which it has kept its typical structure unchanged, with vaulted ceilings and exposed bricks, for a strongly characteristic and suggestive environment.
The space is a large studio of about 65 square meters. able to accommodate up to 3 people thanks to a spacious bedroom that includes a double bed and a third bed, set in a decor that enhances the rurality of the house.
The independent entrance, which overlooks the front garden, leads to the living / dining area which is divided from the sleeping area through an elegant wide arch.
A large comfortable sofa, adjacent to the small pretty fireplace, and a wooden table where you can set up breakfast, lunch and dinner, are flanked by some pieces of fine furniture typical of Tuscan tradition, to embellish the environment making it refined, albeit welcoming and discreet.
