Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 30 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 70 days notice before your arrival date: 40% of the total remaining balance
With less than 120 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

As you enter this beautiful hacienda like home you will immediately see the breathtaking panoramic views of the North and West coasts, the Ocean and the PGA Championship Golf Course. The spacious villa has been stylishly designed to reflect the environment it has to offer, with a complete spa relaxation 18 foot waterfall in the lounge from ceiling to floor giving you the uttermost feeling of tranquility. Indulge in quiet evenings in this enchanted house and enjoy beautiful sunsets while listening to the sound of the wind breezing through the palm trees. The lounge and dining area are open plan and lead onto the American style kitchen which is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware and cutlery. The main house consists of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Christmas and the New Year week
We are only selling our villas as two separate weeks or both together, Christmas week from the 20/21st – 28th/29th December and New Years week from the 28th/29th Dec – 3/4th January. We will not be accepting check-ins on the 25th , 26th December or the 1st of January.
