Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 0 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 2 days notice before your arrival date: 80% of the total remaining balance
With less than 5 days notice before your arrival date: 60% of the total remaining balance
With less than 15 days notice before your arrival date: 30% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

In one of the most beautiful sceneries of the Salento coast, along the panoramic coastal road Leuca Ciolo dominate two luxurious villas with an elegant infinity pool. One of these, APT1, is a splendid residence located at a point raised above sea level, so the view from here does not really find boundaries. Covered in stone and fenced with dry stone walls, it extends over a terraced land of over 6000 square meters and enjoys a unique panoramic view on the Adriatic side. The villa has various parking spaces and a swimming pool area which is the central fulcrum of the structure. Here you can relax in the shade of the maritime pines and sunbathe by the pool, remaining entranced by the intense aroma of the Mediterranean scrubland and enchanted by the beauty of a fabulous place. Privacy and confidentiality are absolutely guaranteed by not having any houses nearby.Climbing the rock staircase that leads to the entrance of the house, you will be stunned by the wonderful and luminous veranda furnished with style and design ... it seems to be on a wide trampoline from which you can dive directly into the sea. The visual effect is truly unique. Inside there is a nice living room with sofa and TV and a kitchen with all accessories including a dishwasher (there is no oven). There are two bedrooms, one double with sea view, the other with two twin beds. Finally, two modern and characteristic bathrooms with all facilities, in one of these there is a washing machine but there is no bidet. Equipped with mosquito nets with the exception of the glass doors of the living roomSwimming pool and Turkish bath shared between the two houses. Turkish bath can be booked free of charge at scheduled times.Please note that the pool does not contain chlorine but only mineral salts that purify the water naturally.From the hotel it is possible to reach in few minutes by car both the famous coastal resort Il Ciolo and the characteristic Santa Maria di Leuca on the Ionian side.Finally, it should be noted that it is possible to take advantage of the agreement with the renowned L'Incanto restaurant at Ciolo.
