Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a
chance to resell the cancelled dates.
Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com
and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation,
then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure
receipt of their cancellation.

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The building is situated in a historic neighbourhood and fully embraces its art deco heritage, the building is 1920S RETRO but our lovely apartment couldn't be more modern :)
The Space:
Spectacular, cozy studio in the heart of MIAMI's art deco, mid-beach area
Microwave, oven, electric portable stove, towels, linens, TV (with Netflix and Amazon Prime) provided for your leisure!
Elevator provided so don't worry about having to take your luggage upstairs
Cosy, intimate space :)

24/7 communication, but let the guests roam free :)
The Neighborhood:
LIV nightclub a 5 min walk, bars and clubs all around, Miami's best restaurants a stone's throw away and its BEACHES on your doorstep
Getting Around:
On street parking is available. Theoretically parking is "paid-for" but usually guests park for free without fines.
In the event you receive a fine it's $18 / 48hrs or $9 /day which is considerably inexpensive!
Other Things to Note:
1. The building lobby (NOT THE APARTMENT) has a unique smell emanating from the potheads on the first floor}

1. Cots @ $ 25 / stay
2. Baby safety seats (up to 40 lbs.) At $ 25 per stay
3. Elevator seats (up to 60 lbs) at $ 25 per stay

$30 for changing of sheets, towels and making of beds (subject to availability)
$15 for early bag drop- any time between 12pm and 4 pm.
$15 for late bag collection- any time between 10 am and 2 pm.
