Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Location is perfect - close to major highways and an easy 10 min drive to just about anywhere in the city - including major tourist attractions like the Zoo, Forest Park, Convention Center, etc.

The Space:
Relax for a movie night with free Netflix, Hulu, and Roku in the beautiful spacious living room, or enjoy a great meal with family in the spacious dining area. Two large bedrooms with queen beds (and additional cots included for larger groups) as well as a third bedroom with twin sized bunk beds. A perfect getaway for families, groups, or just a business trip/night on the town.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic smart lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!
Interaction with Guests:
It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond.
The Neighborhood:
The home is on a quiet street near the hospital and very close to the historic Cherokee Lemp District. Enjoy great restaurants, shopping, and concert venues just a stone's throw away!
Getting Around:
Taxis are available anytime and cost about $15-$20 to get to anywhere else in town. I prefer Uber, which is a private driver service that is also a bit more affordable. Public transit in St. Louis is not easy, so car or car service is probably the preferable mode of transport. Enjoy your stay!
