Close to my place you find night market, food market, restaurants, supermarket, massage, sauna and bars with live music.
Price included all - no hidden fees and we have a car pick up from the airport.
The Space:
This lovely Design painted Room is located on the 1, 2 and 3 floor and everything looks really nice.
Modern Design Room with tv, High-speed Interner (5G fiber) lovely room with a queen size bed.
Just a few minutes' walk away from all the shops and restaurants frequented by the local tourists. The building also has nice terrace where you can relax if you come early and Rooftop Garden Terraces (open Marts 2019), Library, Grab Service, Daily Maid Service, and 24-hour security key card access.
Best location in a very quiet area, linking to all destinations and only a few km to Pattaya city for only 10 baht.

Getting Around:
There are taxis 200 meter to the mainroad or you can use app named grab or we can call taxi for you. But you can also rent a scooter if you want to go around, there is shops on the mainroad.
Even though the center of Pattayas nightlife is only few km away and you can easy take a taxi for only 10 baht.
The air is better!! Less traffic.
Other Things to Note:
♡ Free water when you arrive in the refrigerator.
♡ Free Wifi. (Some of our units have own router, please ask).
♡ The coffee maker is provided with free coffee, tea, sugar, and Kettle.
♡ There is free parking inside or outside the building with 24/7 security.
♡ Beds are made on arrival, linen, and towels to the number you booked.
♡ There is no deposit as we trust you to keep the apartment in good condition under your stay.
♡ If you come early you can leave the luggage in your room after 11 am or at our office anytime.
♡ There are laundry services close to our building (washing and drying) for only 40 baht per kg. (minimart) is also very close.
♡ Free Electricity 15 KW per day (that’s by normal use more than enough) if´s you let aircon running with open windows you will use more and then we will after charges you 10 baht per Kwh.
The cleaning fee you have paid is for getting the unit cleaned and ready for the next guest. This means it will be completed after your stay.
If you would like your unit cleaned during your stay, an additional charge of 200 THB per clean bed. 24 hours notice is also required so we can schedule it in.
But if you stay more than 7 nights then we will provide 1 full clean per week.
