Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 6 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 255 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Description

Welcome to this spectacular ocean front villa located within the luxurious Puerta Cortes Resort, La Paz's premier gated community surrounded by a white sand beach and endless amenities. Enjoy the best sunsets and fall in love with La Paz.
The Space:
This private home is on the white sand and steps away from the ocean. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for your entertainment and relaxation. The home boasts 3 full sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and central air conditioning. We have paddle boards and one double kayak you can easily take to the beach and have fun.
Guest Access:
You will have access to the private Beach Club which is a few steps away from the Villa, a full equipped Gym and tenis courts. Take the golf cart and drive up to the Golf Course for a nice breakfast or lunch or enjoy the Gary Player Signature Golf Course with most holes overlooking the wonderful sea of Cortez.
For further enjoyment you can arrange for a day of scuba diving, snorkeling or fishing around the picturesque Espiritu Island all from the Marina of CostaBaja.
The Marina also offers several nice restaurants for you dining pleasure.
Interaction with Guests:
We are highly responsive to phone calls and emails. If there is anything you may need just let us know.
Getting Around:
You might always be able to take a taxi from the hotel and their prices are very reasonable, there is also a shuttle that will take you from the marina to downtown La Paz it is totally free.
Other Things to Note:
Two of the rooms have queen sized beds and the third bedroom has two twin sized beds and additional roll-away beds are available. This home also has a beautifully appointed full kitchen and living room area, private patio for entertaining, and a private deck area overlooking the beautiful beach for an evening barbeque complete with an outside dining area and outdoor sitting area to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
