Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@worldescape.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 60 days notice before your arrival date: 100% of the total remaining balance
With less than 99 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms Arashi Beach Villa, With Private Swimming Pool

Arashi beach villa is one of the most popular vacation villas on Aruba, firstly because of it's location, only a 2 minute walk to Arashi beach and secondly the quality and size of the villa.
The property is 2 storey, completely air-conditioned and is approximetely 3500 sq. ft. and provides 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large family living room and dining area, modern kitchen which is fully equiped with cookware and cutlary, laundry room and outdoor covered porch with a patio area and gas barbecue and a private swimming pool. The perfect outdoor dining and entertaining experiance.
Upstairs there are two Master suites. The first Master suite has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom (with duel sinks) and private balcony. The second bedroom provides a Queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. In between these two upstairs bedrooms is a small kitchenette with a fridge.

Downstairs behind the kitchen are three bedrooms, again each with their own private bathrooms so that each bedroom has total privacy. The first floor master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, its own tiled bathroom and is located at the end of the hallway and includes a private outdoor entrance to the pool area and patio. The two other bedrooms have queen size beds and each includes a private tiled bathroom.
