This Phuket Beachfront Apartment is located ON Bang Tao beach! You can walk barefoot to restaurants and bars on the beach. The swimming pool in this exclusive building is also beachfront with unobstructed views and private for this small condominium.
The building has a front desk, 24 hour security and a private parking area. Reception is always very friendly and welcoming.
LAYOUT
The apartment itself is 2 bedrooms with an extra bed available to sleep 5. There is a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and TV. Across the hallway the bathroom has a walk in shower, towels and hairdryer.
Next is an open plan living area, with a large European style kitchen, large refrigerator, oven and microwave, stovetop, crockery and cutlery and small appliances such as kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Dining table is made of solid hardwood, set next to the kitchen.
Living room has big sofas, TV, home theater and views of Andaman sea, along with access to the balcony.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and safe.
The bathroom includes a large bathtub and hairdryer as well as handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai.
High speed wifi is provided by the building, it's shared and open and very fast.
LOCATION
This Phuket Beachfront apartment is also is just a 2-minute drive from Surin beach and 25-30 minutes from Phuket International Airport. Patong Beach is 30 minutes away by car.
8 minutes to Laguna Phuket Golf Club and only 10 minutes to Phuket FantaSea.
Bang Tao beach is a great tourist location. Restaurants catering for all types of food and budgets. On the beach there are many Thai food and seafood budget restaurants.
For fine dining next to the apartment you can find Benny's grill or Palm seaside.
Within walking distance there's 7-11 convenience store, clothing shops, massage spas and bars.
Apartment Rules
This beachfront apartment is a private home, we expect our guests to respect the place and follow the building rules. Garbage must be taken to the garbage room by the elevators to avoid insects and bad odors. Kitchen utensils and dishes must be washed daily for the same reasons. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If you smoke in the balcony you must keep your ashes and throw them in the garbage.
Electric 50 kw per day is included in the price, please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave. Extra use will be charged 7 baht/kw.
Cleaning during the stay is not included. If cleaning is required, please book your cleaning 48 hours in advance. Cost is 1200THB per time. It's mandatory every 3 days for stays over 5 nights and every 5 days for stays over 7 nights.
Late check in is available free of charge.
OTHER TIPS:
1. Try Riverside restaurants: Family owned 100% thai style. Our favorite and also leader in Trip Advisor. Really cheap, fresh and good quality. No errors, they are amazing! Although sometimes closed in low season.
2. Palm Seaside, the neighbor. 5 star, so nice food. Excellent service and very beautiful. Have a look! Member of the Twin Palm group (Swedish owner).
3. Benny's, western style. Almost neighbour to Palm Seaside (other direction). No thai price here (same as Seaside) but as good as you could wish for. Great place. Can see from beachfront apartment patio!
4. Try out Surin Beach - walking distance from apartment or just short Moto or car ride. Great swimming and local cheap seaside vendors are friendly and helpful.
5. Catch Beach Club - Also on Bang Tao beach, good fun day or night. Just a beach walk away, they have fireworks almost every night.
